Revolving around one person, it operates by making clients successful, and then that success is built upon through additional projects and client referrals. Put simply, we partner with our clients, technology vendors, and other consultants to deliver pricing and revenue management projects at a reasonable cost.
Founder and Director
Brian has over 20 years of global consulting experience with Fortune 500 companies. He has deep experience helping organizations drive profitability improvements as a Consultant, Project Manager, Director, and Advisor. He is an expert at identifying revenue and profitability enhancement opportunities and delivering them. He began his career as a consultant with Accenture and moved on to a boutique firm where he focused on strategic operational improvements. For the past decade he has focused primarily on Pricing and Sales, specializing in price improvement initiatives where he integrates tools, systems, and processes to deliver his clients’ objectives. He has worked with some of the largest companies in the world, including Microsoft, IBM, Philips, Quest Diagnostics, and Iron Mountain.
In addition to his project work, Brian has spoken several times at the Professional Pricing Society conference and sat on several industry panels focused on Consulting, Pricing, and Healthcare. In addition to his undergraduate degree from Indiana University, he holds an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University (Endowed Scholarship Recipient) with concentrations in Quantitative Analysis, Finance, and Strategy.
When he is not working, he can be found playing with the company mascot and dog, a precocious Rottweiler mix named Kona.
